At WebHost.net.pk, we are committed to maintaining a secure and responsible hosting environment. We take abuse complaints seriously and act swiftly to investigate and resolve violations of our Fair Usage Policy /Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service, and applicable laws.

1. What Constitutes Abuse?

  • Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Phishing or impersonation sites
  • Malware or virus hosting
  • Copyright infringement or illegal file sharing
  • Child exploitation or harmful content
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
  • Hosting of prohibited or illegal content under local or international law

2. How to Report Abuse
To report abuse:

Please include:
URLs/IPs involved
Detailed description of the issue
Screenshots or logs (if available)
Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)
We do not disclose reporter identities without legal obligation.

3. How We Handle Reports
Upon receiving an abuse complaint:

We acknowledge your complaint within 24–48 business hours.
Our Abuse Response Team reviews the content and evaluates it against our policies and legal standards.
If the abuse is confirmed, we may:
Suspend or terminate the account in question
Notify the customer and request immediate corrective action

Report to relevant authorities, if required
4. False or Malicious Reporting
Submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports may result in legal consequences or action against the reporting party.
5. Retention of Records
We may retain logs and related evidence of reported abuse to support our investigation or meet legal requirements.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
